Food Safety is a high priority here at CT Bakery and is a key element of our everyday business practices. We are proud that our plant continues to be BRC Certified with a “Grade A” rating, the highest achievable grade. We have full time In-House Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs who follow and enforce all HACCP and BRC requirements and specifications in our day to day operations.
Products are released only after passing Quality Control testing.
We also have a premium selection of raw materials in order to achieve the quality our customers deserve. Just as important is our links between supplier, raw materials, finished and customers. These links are why we can guarantee complete traceability for you.
We have a Nut Free Policy. And are Kosher Certified.
